The Pegasus Construction Process

All of our projects begin with a discussion. We'll talk to you about your vision, goals, budget, and timeline to ensure the project's success.

1. Initial Meeting

When you set up a meeting with us you can start the process in the comfort of your own home or meet at our Lamont Bros’ showroom with one of our expert remodel design consultants.

2. Measure, Options, And Budget

The design consultant will discuss the scope of your project, go over initial options, take measurements of your space for the design renderings and confirm your budget range.



Design

Once we're on the same page when it comes to your vision and goals, we move on to the design phase with you.

1. Design Concepts

Our design consultant will help guide you through all your questions, endless project possibilities and provide cost-saving recommendations where it makes sense for you.

2. Details and Renderings

You'll work with our project manager and design team through every step of the process. They will make suggestions, create top of the line 3D renderings, and investigate the intricacies of your project to eliminate surprises during construction.

3. Bringing Your Vision To Life

The end of the design process leaves you with detailed permit drawings, every product that's going into your project defined and a fixed-price construction contract.

4. Finalize and Sign

That enables you to start our work with the confidence that everything possible has been done to make your project a great success. Our design-build process makes us a true one-stop-shop. We do it all from start to finish.



Build

Once the construction phase begins, you'll have a dedicated team member as your single point of contact for any questions or concerns.

1. Clear Communication

Sometimes the most frustrating part of remodeling for most people is not knowing who will be working in their home. When are they showing up? Are they showing up today? Why is the subcontractor here asking me questions? Our model of clear communication means you're always in the loop.

2. Single Point of Contact

Your contact is responsible for the on-site management and much of the work that happens day-to-day. They will update you every day about the daily work, and give you a weekly snapshot.

3. Timeline Driven

Our crews have detailed plans for every phase of the project and are committed to making consistent progress from start to finish. Plus, your design consultant will work with you at each step to ensure you're getting the finishes you want and an outcome you love. In short, we'll never leave you hanging.

4. Completion

You'll be regularly reviewing the project with your team and we'll preview the space with you once it nears completion. Once the work is done, we'll do a final walkthrough. Then all you need to do is enjoy your new space!
